I wanted to take a minute and thank you and your staff again for all your help and thoughtfulness in caring for my mother, Barbara Boehlke. Through the six-plus years that Leaves cared for Mom, as she moved from independent to assisted living to 24 hour care, Leaves personnel consistently went above and beyond in caring for her.
     Most of all, you and your staff always treated Mom as if she were a member of your family and helped her maintain her dignity and pride as her health declined. She looked forward to Leaves' visits and was glad to have your help and companionship. You and your staff worked very well with care facility staff and family, coordinating activities and ensuring that Mom was given the best care possible.

     Leaves Personal Care Services has been a beautiful blessing in my mother's life, as well as my sister and mine. They have become friends and almost like family to us through their personal and professional care for our mother. The communication they have made with family is outstanding.
     Last fall my mother became very ill while living in a retirement home without the services of assisted living or nursing care. Leaves stepped up to help with my mother immediately. They were able to put together care for her in her apartment 24 hours a day.
     The caregivers always treated my mother as they would their own. They cared for her on her level of ability– with love and respect. They got to know her for who she was. I witnessed the love they have in caring for the elderly, treating my mother with the utmost respect and dignity at all times- which could be a challenge in my mother's situation.  They were aware of my mother's needs physically, medically, emotionally, and spiritually. I have learned a lot from Jan and Vicky in how to best help and understand my mother's needs myself.
     I cannot say enough about Leaves Personal Care Services. I have recommended them to many friends.  They go beyond what you would expect from personal caregivers. They have been a gift to our family.

     I am writing in reference to the personal care my grandmother, Elinore Hanson, received for over two years from Leaves Personal Care Services, LLC.
     We had tried some other home health care but the service we received from Leaves was by far the most caring and complete. All of their staff had a way of treating and caring for my grandmother as if she was one of their family. Vicky Smit was always available to answer questions, and the caregivers that came in to care for my grandmother gave her the care and compassion she needed at a very difficult time of her life.
     I always knew that when someone from Leaves was with her, she was being well cared for. My grandmother not only needed physical care but emotional support as well, and she received both.
