Does your loved one have difficulty remembering to take medications? Are you concerned they may not be taking the right dosage or may either be skipping doses or taking them too often? Leaves has licensed, trained home health care nurses who can prepare and label the proper dosages of your loved one's medications for up to two weeks at a time and will keep track of when prescriptions need to be refilled.
Our convenient licensed nurse consultation service may be just what you need when you have a medical concern but you are unable to take your loved one to the doctor's office or care facility. An on-call nurse will visit your patient and determine if further medical treatment is necessary.
