24 Hour Care
We provide care 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Family Consultation
When your loved one needs care, we will help you explore and understand the options that are available. Either a phone interview or in-person consultation are available. We can offer advice regarding in-home care or give referrals for placement in assisted living or long-term care facilities. Leaves will help you make the decision that is best for your situation.
Free one hour initial or crisis consultation. Hourly fee to follow.

Private Duty Care
Home care by personal care companions who are trained to provide assistance with care, bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, laundry. Light housekeeping, social activities, and companionship.
We can help with an extra set of hands after having surgery or arriving home from the hospital.
Two-hour minimum to 24-hour care.

“Good Morning” Services
Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, hair, exercising, walking, breakfast, light housekeeping, and optional devotions or morning activity.
Two-hour minimum.

“Good Night” Services
Assistance with light snack, bedtime care, bathing, grooming, light housekeeping, reading and optional devotions or activity.
Two-hour minimum.

Companionship
Someone to keep you company… for tea, coffee, table games, making a scrapbook, reading, walking, going out to lunch, letter writing, exercising, reminiscing, listening to music, and more.
Two-hour minimum.

Personal Secretarial Services
Paying bills, letter writing, mailing, filing, making appointments, etc.
Hourly fee.

Appointments/Errands
Assisted walks, appointments, shopping, errands, outings, and special events.
Two-hour minimum

Medication Set Up or
Licensed Nurse Consultation
Does your loved one have difficulty remembering to take medications? Are you concerned they may not be taking the right dosage or may either be skipping meds or taking them too often? Our personal care experts will prepare and label the proper dosages of a client's meds for up to two weeks at a time and will keep track of when prescriptions need to be refilled.

Our convenient licensed nurse consultation service may be just what you need when you have a medical concern but you are unable to take your loved one to the doctor's office or care facility. An on-call nurse will visit your patient and determine if further medical treatment is necessary.

Serving clients in private homes, independent retirement homes, assisted living and long term care facilities.

Our goal is to assure that our patron's needs and expectations are always satisfied. We promise that we will be where you want us, when you need us.

In the event of an unexpected call off, or no show by a caregiver, we will immediately contact other caregivers that are familiar with your needs. If they are unavailable, trained management personnel will be sent for your assistance. In the event we cannot service your need in a time frame that you expect, your next 2 hours of service are free!
